When you mean “reliability of Enfield” please tell your readers also that it is nothing like other Jap bikes. It still needs lots of regular maintenance. If you do not have the time to maintain and care for the bike, an Enfield is definitely not a good option.

That said, the Twinspark is an excellent vehicle and kudos to Enfield for finally releasing something new. While the old bullets will continue having their charm, it will be more like the charm that Yezdi’s/Jawas/etc have as Enfield is discontinuing all old models soon.

The Thunderbird Twinspark is a new machine. It has its own set of problems. An Enfield is not a “fill it, shut it, ride it” kind of bike. You will need to maintain it and know the engine. It WILL breakdown when you least expect it to and you better learn how to fix it or you will be stuck in the middle of nowhere!
