The City has many holiday hideouts that are a must-see for any traveler and host some of the biggest party environments for nightlife lovers. The Atlantic City Broadwalk is the best way to start your day with a beautiful sunrise. Other famous highlights of the city include a huge amusement park, amazing spa experience, flush in casino and historic places that dates back to the 18th century. Steel Pier

Steel Pier is one of the famous attractions in Atlantic City. It is located on the City’s Famous Boardwalk and is actually very close to the Trump Taj Mahal. It extends over 900 feet into the Atlantic Ocean. The famous attraction inside Steel Pier is the amusement park with over 25 themed rides. Apart from an amusement park, you will find challenging games, food outlets, family pubs and street vendors.

There are many different rides available inside the amusement park, including a double-decker carousel, Ferris wheel, freedom flyers, slingshots, etc. You can find some good places to dine here with your family with beautiful ocean views. So if you are traveling with your kids then this place is a must-visit.

Absecon Lighthouse

If you like to visit historical places, then Absecon Lighthouse will surely amaze you. The structure is 171 feet high and is New jersey’s tallest lighthouse. As I said historical before so for the record The National Register of Historic Places has registered this lighthouse as one of the oldest in the country. Lighthouse is open to the public with 228 steps to reach the top from where you can embrace the spectacular views of the Atlantic City. The lighthouse was designed by George Meade. The lighthouse is still operational and has a replica of Lightkeeper’s Dwelling. You can also find an educational museum and a gift shop inside it.

Atlantic City Aquarium

Present inside the Waterfront’s Ocean Life Center complex Atlantic City Aquarium is one of the biggest aquaria you will see. It acts as a host for more than 100 species of marine animals and fish. There are many fun activities which are carried over here that attract every age group.

The tropical shark touch tank allows visitors an opportunity to feel several species of sharks while the Mid-Atlantic Coastal Zone boasts a variety of local organisms such as horseshoe crabs and sea urchins that can also be touched.
