2. Gatte Ki Sabzi

By viewing Gatte Ki Sabzi, people can not distinguish that its a veg or non-veg Cuisine. But it is prepared in such a way that anybody will love this dish. Gram Flour with some spices is mixed and boiled, then cut in small pieces known as Gatta.

3. Ker Saangri

4. Methi Bajra Poori

7. Mirchi Pakoda

Mirchi pakodas are famous Rajasthani street snacks and are mainly found in Jodhpur but sold all over Rajasthan.

The Mirchi or chilly gets dipped into a batter of besan and then fried in hot oil. One may even add a filling inside the Mirchi. Its enhances the taste Of Mirchi Pakodas.

8. Pyaz Kachori

It is a deep fried bread(puri) stuffed with spicy onion mixture that is usually relished with sweet and sour tamarind chutney.

9. Mawa Kachori

Mawa Kachori is a popular dessert served in Rajasthan. Stuffing of kachori is filled with mawa. People in Rajasthan love this kachori.

Along with the mawa, they fill it with dry fruits and sugar or jaggery. After frying the kachori the cook dips them in sugar syrup.

10. Churma Ladoo

Almost every platter of festivity ends with a handful of churma ladoo. Jaggery and Wheat flour are the main elements of the cuisine.
