In the early 17th century a giant cotton making industry was standing strong in Golconda. Beautiful cotton was produced and exported to many lands. The local consumption of the product too existed. The colors for the fabrics were manmade and pure from vegetables and fruits, unlike the chemicals that are used today.
Golconda Fort- The pride of Hyderabad
