Rakhigarhi is located in the Saraswati Ghaggar River plains where you can witness the massive Indus Valley Civilisation. The place makes a perfect place for archaeologists from all over the world. Rakhigarhi encloses in a vast hectare of land larger than Mohenjodaro. All these features make this place a perfect place for a lifetime visit.

Rama Sethu

Adams Bridge or Rama Sethu bridge is a limestone shoals connecting the great Pamban Island and the island in Tamil Nadu called Rameswaram. There is an underlying debate going on whether the bridge was man-made or nature’s wonder. Whatever it may be these bridge lying beautifully in the waters of Rameswaram is a wonder in itself.

Sundarbans

Sundarbans mangrove forest remains one of the largest and unusual forests in the world of its kind. Situated in the riverside of three magnificent rivers of Brahmaputra, Ganges and Meghna is a popular tourist destination for those who love to watch the wilder side of wildlife and nature relaying together. Sometimes you need to get away from all the hustle-bustle of life and be at a place that will give you a heavenly feeling, Munnar in Kerala is one such place. Munnar is a hill station in the Idukki district of Kerala. The place was once an elite place for the British to stay and enjoy their vacation. Thus there is several resorts and abode that will keep you stick to nature. The place is beautiful when the tea plantains are filled with misty snow and the breeze takes the chillness. There are several trekking trails for the trekkers and waterfalls and national parks for the wanderlusts.

Aurangabad

Why did Aurangabad gain its place in our top 15 unique places? Because Aurangabad has always fascinated me in several ways. This small city is mysteriously beautiful, historically significant and thrivingly enthusiast people. There is Biwi Ka Maqbara, a replica of the Taj Mahal in the center of the city. Aurangabad is also known as the city of gates as there are nearly 52 gates across the small city built non-other than then ruling Aurangazeb. Two of the most popular World Heritage sites Ajanta and Ellora caves are located in Aurangabad. And for shopping sprees, there is this biggest mall Prozone situated at the heart of the city. What more can such a small city ensure you?

Varanasi

Every tourist should visit Varanasi or Benares at least once in their lifetime. The place is known as the spiritual capital of India as the city is the most popular Hindu pilgrimage center. People from all over the country come here to get a glimpse of the Ganga ghat pooja and to pay respect to their ancestors or loved ones who had passed away. The city has a total of 2000 temples to its credit. Visiting Varanasi will be worth exploring.

Dudhsagar falls

Dudhsagar falls means “sea of milk”, and with one glimpse at the beautiful waterfall, you will know the significance of the name. These four tiers’ waterfall is located in the wilderness of Goa. The last time when I visited Alleppey, I had a tough time convincing my heart to come back home. Well, that’s the magic of Alleppey and it’s overwhelming beauty. The backwaters and the boathouse are the stars of the entire visit. You can hire the boathouse for an entire day and enjoy a romantic and enthralling experience with your loved one. The tourists take a keen interest in relishing their tastebuds with the best sea food ever. Apart from that, the city does have traditional temples and cultural events across the year. So book your date!

Khajuraho

The year-old architectural design of Khajuraho temples is breathtakingly stunning. Located in Chhatarpur district Madhya Pradesh is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The temple is a unique amalgamation of Hindu and Jain believes. Nagara style architecture with the never seen erotic sculptures has fascinated travelers across the world for ages.
