One of the Seven Sister States in North- East India, Tripura is wealthy in a culture that reflects through its high attractions particularly monuments and heritage sites. Tripura is endowed beauty that can be seen through its water bodies, palaces, forest and life. The folks here are warm and hospitable, and number of them are skilled craftsmen and artisans who show their creative thinking through numerous artwork. Tripura is encircled by Bangladesh on its north, south and west. You can find direct flights from various cities across India, and you will have to reach Agartala the capital city of Tripura. Agartala in Tripura 

The capital city of Tripura, Agartala is known as a traveler paradise with heaps of prime attractions availability. Also known for its contemporary manufacture of rice, jute, tea and oilseeds. The most attractive places to go to at Agartala are Ujjayanta Palace, Kunjaban Palace, and Neermahal. These palaces depict the ingenious design of the royal era.

Kumarghat

It is located within the North of Tripura and is legendary for its large pineapple cultivation. It’s about 140 kilometers from Agartala. They indulge a lot of in fruit farming. Deotamura in Tripura

Pilak

Many images and structures, belonging to Buddhist and Hindu sects,have been discovered here since 1927. The antiquities found here are dated to 8th to 12th centuries.

Unakoti

The artistry used here is something magnificent and will leave you in wonder. It has many rock-cut sculptures and ancient temples. It also famous for Ashokashtami Fair held every year. One less than a crore means that Unakoti that indicates that a variety of rock carvings and murals of deity carved out on the rocks. Basically, it’s a Saivite pilgrim’s journey wherever Gods and immortals are hopped-up by the curse of Lord Shiva. Visit Tripura and explore all the above destinations.
