The pretty town of Baie Lazare on Mahé was named after eighteenth-century French wayfarer Lazare Picault, who arrived here when the French government sent him to investigate the islands.

Surrounded by rounded granite rocks, the beauty is visible during sunny days with the dreamy shade of blue and crystal clear water. Takamaka trees and coconut palms provide the most required shades for the sunbathers and for hunger there are restaurants at both ends of the beach. The best time to visit is during the early morning or late evening when the greater part of the tour buses is on their way.

Ste Anne National Marine Park, Near Mahé
Incorporating six islands a 15-to 20-minute boat ride off the shoreline of Mahé close to Victoria, Ste Anne National Marine Park turned into the first national park in the Indian Ocean in 1973.
Swimming, scuba diving, and glass-base boat trips uncover the rich decent variety of marine life in this marine park’s coral reefs, and you can see most of the island within a day from Mahé. Anse Volbert, Praslin-Seychelles
Anse Volbert is situated along the northeast coast of Praslin and is one of the famous beaches here. The view of coral reefs just near the offshore with shallow and warm water is a treat for every beach lover. It is also known as Côte d’Or. The quiet waters are nicely suited for swimming with little youngsters. Vallée de Mai National Park, Praslin
